About Us

Established in June of 2000, TÜV Rheinland in Brazil has focused principally on the security and quality of products, systems and services in a number of different areas.
With this in mind, we took a big leap forward in 2006 by acquiring two important companies in the sectors of certification and inspection: União Certificadora (UCIEE) and Orplan Inspections. As of that time, we also started to become more strongly involved with electro-electronics and inspections. Image > Logo UCIEE   Image > Logo Orplan
Image > Logo Ductor In 2007 we took over the shareholder control of Ductor Implantação de Projetos S.A., one of the country's leading companies in engineering consultancy and project management. With this acquisition, we boosted the expertise which we already display in project consulting and management overseas.
Another giant step was taken in 2010 with the acquisition of Geris Engenharia e Serviços, a company specialized in projects and management of enterprises in the areas of energy, housing and transportation. Imagem > Logo Geris Engenharia e Serviços
As a result, we have continued to expand our offer of specialized services, now also in sectors such as Construction, Transportation, Telecommunications, Information Technology and Energy. Today we are one of the biggest certifying bodies in Brazil and the world.

We offer our customers an organization which comprises own laboratories and a Training Center where courses are given to professionals and companies. We focus on giving your company all the support needed to operate within national and international standards of quality and safety and constantly strive to develop new ideas and strategies, training professionals, inspecting production facilities and certifying processes, systems and products. All of this so that your company can place its total trust in just one partner: TÜV Rheinland.
